Terms and Conditions of Sale
ARTICLE 1 — SELLER IDENTIFICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") are concluded between:

Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller",
And any individual making a purchase via the website www.lesapprentismalins.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".
ARTICLE 2 — PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by the Seller.
The products sold include:
- Imitation toys
- Textile costumes and accessories
- Physical and digital booklets
- Bulky products (cookers, structures, outdoor games)
ARTICLE 3 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTC
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Customer acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to validating their order.
ARTICLE 4 — PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the website.
Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and the Seller cannot be held responsible for minor differences.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.
ARTICLE 5 — PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The applicable price is the one in effect on the day the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 6 — ORDER
The order is final after:
- cart validation
- acceptance of the GTC
- payment confirmation
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.
ARTICLE 7 — PAYMENT
Payment is made online via the secure payment methods offered on the website.
The order is processed only after payment has been validated.
ARTICLE 8 — DELIVERY
8.1 Preparation
Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 business hours after payment validation.
8.2 Delivery Times
Standard products: 5 to 10 business days.
Bulky products: 7 to 15 business days.
These delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a firm commitment.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to circumstances beyond its control.
8.3 International Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Any customs duties or local taxes remain the responsibility of the Customer.
ARTICLE 9 – TRANSFER OF RISKS
The risks associated with transportation are transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
ARTICLE 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code,
the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The request must be made in writing to contact@lesapprentismalins.fr.
ARTICLE 11 — RETURN CONDITIONS
Products must be returned:
- unused
- complete
- in perfect resalable condition
- in their original packaging
The costs and organization of the return are the sole responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a Seller error or a defective product.
No prepaid return labels are provided.
Bulky products
For products requiring specialized transport:
- The Customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return transport.
- The product must be properly protected for transport.
- Any damage resulting from insufficient packaging may lead to a deduction from the refund.
ARTICLE 12 — REFUND
The refund will be processed within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.
The refund will be made using the original payment method.
ARTICLE 13 – LEGAL GUARANTEES
Products benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
- the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
The Customer has a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the goods to take action.
ARTICLE 14 — LIABILITY
The Seller shall not be held liable for damages resulting from:
- improper use of the products
- use not in accordance with their intended purpose
- lack of adult supervision
ARTICLE 15 — PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is necessary for processing orders.
The Customer has a right to access, rectify and delete their data in accordance with the GDPR.
ARTICLE 16 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements on the site (texts, images, booklets, graphics) are protected by intellectual property rights.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 17 — MEDIATION
In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code,
the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to amicably resolve a dispute.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning "the consumer dispute mediation process", after contacting us and if you do not receive a satisfactory response, you have the option of using a free consumer mediation procedure with:

ARTICLE 18 – GOVERNING LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
